Meet the founder

After a long career in Corporate America, primarily wireless retail, Rick Ramirez ultimately decided to pursue “passion projects” utilizing capital from years of diverse investment opportunities. He’s dedicated many years to real estate development and he’s officially started the experiential marketing component of the RPR&C Group in 2017.

Born and raised in East LA, Rick Ramirez was an accomplished football athlete that parlayed that team mentality into his sales career.

Team-oriented sales and result leader that continuously achieved sales success at every level. From a single store manager to Regional Director of the Los Angeles area, Rick harnessed his team’s success and promoted them up the ranks through a competency-based succession plan that maintains his success to date.

He advances to a Southwest Area region level controlling Sales & retail operations for the entire area. Managing Training, Vendor relationships, Network, B2B, Indirect Channels, and Local go to market/Outreach events.

Rick has known success in all that he has done. Including his move to Latino Retailer Curacao.

There he managed to Negotiate and migrate their existing Landline, Internet, and MVNO customer base to Spectrum, ATT, and Direct TV partners. He also revolutionized training, marketing, commissions, and sales programs for the Mobility Department consisting of Mobile, Computers, Office Furniture, Gift Cards, Gaming, Cameras, CPG, and Accessories.
